„Meisterhaft“ German quality label for butcheries

 

Meisterhaft” is for butcher shops an individually usable evidence standard, on the basis of unique features such as E.g. regional animal origin, races or explicitly selected suppliers of your fresh meats.

The criteria for this standard of proof are set by the butcher himself. Compliance will be checked by independent testing organisations and monitored annually.

A certificate awarded by “Orgainvent” visible for consumers in the butcher shop identifies the declaration.

Tentacontrol is a testing organization approved by the Orgainvent and carries out the annual inspection at the participating butcher stores
