Quality scheme for food offered by QS Qualität und Sicherheit GmbH is one of the most relevant criteria for food safety and quality.
It refers to all stages of the food chain from animal and plant origin, from the feed production, farming, slaughter and cutting up, processing or of wholesale and retail trade in Germany.
